Fishing at El Bajo

Last week Tom & Chad Sadler from Los Angeles, California went to "El Bajo" on the super panga Picudo V with the Captain Alejandro "Cano". This was the last day of the three that they fished with the mosquito fleet. They started very early in the morning looking for a good day fishing but, they did not have a good luck in that area and they decided to move to an other area, they started to come back to La Paz trolling with lures using green and yellow colors and at the same time they were enjoying the beautiful view of the espiritu santo island and thinking about fishing and how to get a nice fish, then they saw Cano looking to the back of the boat and they noticed that the fishing pole was having action telling them hey!!!! guys I have something for you.... so they looked at distance a nice sailfish hooked and jumping trying to get away of the lure, finally they made the fish come close to the boat and bring him in, the weight of the sailfish was 120 pounds and they also had the opportunity to catch a nice Dorado weighed 45 pounds. You can see the picture in this report.

The fishing now is being good mostly in marlin and dorados also at las arenas or muertos bay the yellow fin tuna is getting better.

I'll be back with more information in my next report.
Have a good day.
Luis
