THE FIRST BIGGEST DORADO OF THIS SEASON

Like I said, here is the pictures of the dorado that Santiago Aguirre from Hermosillo, Sonora cought today at the north end of Cerralvo Island, the Dorado Weighed 46 Pounds.

SANTIAGO Y LUCIA AGUIRRE DE HERMOSILLO

Hola a todos, Just to show you guys this nice Roosterfish who was cought by Santiago Aguirre from Hermosillo, Sonora MEXICO. Him and his wife Lucia Aguirre when fishing on the mosquito boat "Picudo III" with captain Pancho. they were fishing on the east side of Espiritu Santo Island looking only for roosterfish and the got them, they cought also two more about 30 to 35 punds, this one in the picture weighed 45 pounds and Mr. Aguirre used 40 pound test line. The bait that they used for trolling was "Sabalo".

The water temperature in the north and of Cerralvo Island is around 80's now that why Sail Fish and stripe Marlin is around there and also Dorado is coming in. We have everyday nice breeze from the south that make every morning not really hot. The Last three days the air temperature have been around 100 to 110 F, Yes, now we have to start all the air conditioners.

I will come back later with the picture of the Dorado that Santiago and Lucia, just cought in the north end of Cerralvo and they are in their way to La Paz.

NEW 26' DELUXE SUPER PANGA

Hola Amigos, it is very nice to let everybody know that Mosquito fleet is adding a new boat, in the pictures you can see it just getting in to the water for the first time here in La Paz. This boat is a 26' deluxe super panga and can take very easy 4 anglers. It has a bathroom and a mercury diesel engine 120 HP in board.

Now one of the most important thing for you a guess is to know about fishing, well.. this week have been ok, the yellowtail was a little bit slow but cabrilla and pargo make the day fishing better, also the roosterfish is one of best fishing at the moment, they are around 25 to 45 pounds and give you a good fight. The Coromuel (south wind) have been giving us a nice breeze that make the afternoons not very hot and in the morning give us the opportunity to wear a jacket that we already putted away of the closet.

The water temperature is getting warm everyday and now is around 75 F that will make the dorado get here very soon. well, at north of Cerralvo island some people were catching dorado and sailfish already, that means that they are coming very close now.

One of the good news is that Aero California will start flying again next week and this will give to everybody the opportunity to get cheaper prices to fly to La Paz and enjoy a very nice time like always.
